Description

Review

UHP Graphite Electrode:

Using Coal tar pitch as binder, the Graphite Electrode is mainly made of 100% Needle Coke through the process of calcination, compounding, kneading, pressing, baking, impregnation, graphitization and maching. It’s a conductor that release electric energy to heat and melt the charge in the EAF or LF. Graphite Electrode possess the characteristics of low electric resistivity, good electrical conductivity, low ash content, uniform structure, good oxidation resistance, high strength and low unit comsumption.
